So the people who "closely" follow this blog know that I broke my collarbone last Friday (01-18-08) and since then I've noticed that there are several things someone can't do with one hand. So I've made a list of. Now notice that only ONE hand can be used, and you can't switch off (because when you break your freakin' collarbone you can't really switch sides). So as you read this list you should also be cherishing both of your USABLE hands.
Things you can't do with one hand:
Fly a plane/helicopter
Use a zamboni
Shoot a shotgun/assault rifle
Peel a banana
Take the trash out
Light fireplace
Tie your shoes(s)
Use a knife (for food)
Put socks on
Put on your own sling
Open certain jars
Put a seatbelt on
Play certain instrumental devices
Build a bridge
Defuse a bomb
Open a soda can
Effeciently type/text on a keyboard/phone
Make a PB&J sandwich
Take money out of a wallet
Open/close a folder
Cut your fingernails
Open a starburst wrapper
Attach a dickies' work pants fly
Wash dishes
Effectively use a belt
How about shave without cutting yourself
Set an alarm
Wash a car
Eat a Western Bacon Cheeseburger from Carls Jr.
If you can think of something I don't have here then comment this post, if it's good then I'll post it...
